- This is a township, not a single registered project.
The Prestige City is spread over 200+ acres and comprises eight
residential enclaves — Eaton Park, Fernvale, Eden Park, Avalon Park,
Meridian Park, Aston Park, Aspen Greens and Great Acres — together
with Forum @ The Prestige City and The City Office. Each enclave is a
separate development with its own layout, configurations, pricing,
possession date and K-RERA registration. The township has no single
price and no single possession date.
- RERA Registration: the only registration number
published on this site is that of the Eaton Park
enclave — PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/180326/008537. It does not cover
any other enclave. Registration numbers for the other enclaves are
available on request and should be verified on the K-RERA portal before
any commitment.
- Possession: June 2030 is the Eaton Park enclave’s
date only. Other enclaves have their own timelines.
- Future development: one parcel on the developer’s
township master plan is marked “future development”. It is
unbuilt and is not available inventory.
